Job Responsibility:


  • Develop the channel.

  • Business development for channel partner.

  • Handholding and supporting the channel.

  • Reach out and qualify warm leads that are provided.

  • Conduct online (web-based) and onsite demos of the Adept product suite.

  • Lead generation, qualification, demonstration and negotiation on behalf of our partners.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, lead qualification, demos and closing.

  • Manage a consultative relationship with the prospect offering them solutions to problems

  •  rather than software with features.


Job Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1-3 years of software marketing experience.

  • Ability to understand the different products.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to translate incomplete customer requirements into actionable tasks.

Customer Support:Job Code SUP001

Job Responsibility:


  • Provide quality support to clients.

  • Answering support queries via phone and email.

  • A range of administrative related tasks.

  • Keep Data Updated & prepare reports when required.

  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.


Job Qualifications:


  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.

  • B.Com Graduate with basic accounting knowledge and good typing speed.

  • Should have basic computer and internet knowledge.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi is must.
